Cornet Technology Communications warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.

While the product is under warranty, Cornet Technology Communications will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the client. The defective product must be returned to Cornet Technology, Inc. under a return authorization number requested from and provided by Cornet Technology, Inc. The product will be repaired or replaced and returned to the client by ground transportation at no charge to the client.

The client must operate the equipment in accordance with the manuals furnished. No modification or repair will be done without written authorization from Cornet Technology Communications. Any such unauthorized modifications or repair action will void the warranty coverage.

Cornet Technology Communications liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product. The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia govern this warranty.
